The talent is there and many of Weis's guys have some experience. 3) They have a much easier schedule this year. 4) They get Georgia Tech's old DC John Tetuna who was one of the best DCs in CFB last with his blitz packages. 5) Weis won't be the play-caller on offense so he'll be able to be more of a coach and mentor to his players like Carroll is.
